Vibrations that harmonize body, mind and spirit

I offer musical accompaniment for yoga classes, meditation, and deep relaxation practices, through the use of ancestral and harmonic instruments such as Tibetan bells, handpans, gongs, monochords, and ritual drums.

The vibrations of these instruments create a sound field that supports the flow of practice, promoting concentration, inner listening, and a profound state of calm and presence.

During the sessions, the sound becomes a shared breath:

  • accompanies the movements and transitions of yoga,
  • supports the relaxation and meditation phases,
  • helps the body to let go of tension and the mind to find peace,
  • awakens vital energy through the rhythm of the drum.

The experience can be customized to the needs of the group or teacher, creating a unique sound journey each time, consistent with the energy of the practice.

Available for regular classes, workshops, retreats and sound ceremonies.
